How can you tell how many stitches are in my logo?

After receipt of your logo, it will first be digitized. Digitizing is taking graphics or picture files and turning them into a program that embroidery software can read. Next, your logo will be "sewn out" to determine the number of stitches. See Specifications and Fees for Logo Embroidery for more information.

How long will it take to get my order?

Our normal production time is 8-10 business days. Depending on which shipping method you choose, you should have your merchandise in no more than 15 days. If this doesn’t meet your time frame, you can email us at customerservice@embroidery-web.com and we will try to accommodate your time frame, if possible.

What does this symbol mean?

This symbol represents that the item is available in a matching style of the opposite gender. Click on the symbol to view the matching item.

On future orders do I have to pay a setup charge for my logo?

On future orders, if your logo does not change, there is no setup charge. If you need to make minor changes there will be a change fee of $20.

How will my order be shipped?

We ship UPS Ground, 3-Day Select, 2nd-Day Air, and Next-Day Air.

Can someone's name or other text be put with the logo?

Yes. If you want to add a name to a shirt, we can custom embroider a name for an additional $5.00 per shirt Please add in the comments section the font name, thread color and pantone number (if available) and specifics as to what color goes where (see example in Create a Logo) We will confirm with you the details of the text placement, etc. The $5.00 charge will then be posted to your credit card.

If I can’t find a specific item, can you special order or help me find it?

We will try to accommodate as much as possible to help you find the specifics you require. Email us at customerservice@embroidery-web.com if you do not see what you are looking for.

What is your return policy?

We guarantee our merchandise against defects only. Since all of our merchandise is custom embroidered, we cannot accept returns.

What file format do you accept logos in?

We will accept JPEG (.jpg), and GIF (.gif) image files for upload.

If my office does not have a scanner and I do not have an electronic file of my logo, what do I do?
